Hello, can you advise herb to improve vision? Thank you for answer. Marcela S.
Hello. When cleaning the mailbox I found your e-mail, and I'm not sure if I've responded to it. If not, I apologize and hope to the motto better late than never, I answer.
From herbs to improve eyesight after I'd recommend three types of memory:
- Goji berries (Lycium spp.)
- Tupolisté seed senna (Senna obtusifolia, Czech name actually know and neither apparently does not exist, perhaps I created it correctly)
- Eyebright (Euphrasia rostkoviana)
Goji berries are sold dried and can be eaten directly or made into a decoction prepared ( must be combined with ginseng ), loaded into wine etc., as it also recommended Dr. Valíček. Tupolisté seed senna, a little bigger than flaxseed is used fresh or roasted and also makes him a decoction. Herb eyebright, whose potential benefit to the eyes reflects his Slovak and English Yemen, according to the literature used both externally (Eye wash) and to drink. Skylight is prepared as a broth by boiling briefly (~ 2 min) in a dose of about 2 grams per 200 milliliters of water.
