Ginseng chicken is a Korean National Special and is said to be very encouraging.

Mix rice, 2 ginseng roots, leeks, 6 cicicas and 2 cloves of garlic. Chicken feed and mix.
Place the chicken in a thick-walled pot just slightly larger than the chicken. Sprinkle with water, add the remaining ingredients (2x ginseng, 6x cicicum, 2 garlic, sesame, sesame oil and pepper), boil quickly, then lower the yield and slowly cook for at least 2-3 hours. The broth should be dense, slightly infloen, and the chicken should be cooked to release the meat from the bones.
What to do if we do not have a cicic?
You can buy a cicicum here . If you do not have it, try to use dried plums (if possible without pebbles) or cross, just add some walnut kernels.
